Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Processing time is separate from transit time below.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We currently ship within the United States only. At checkout, you can choose from the following options:

Standard Shipping — $8.00 (free on orders $75 and up), 3–5 business days
Express Shipping — $15.00, (free on orders $125 and up), 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and are provided by the carrier — actual delivery times may vary.

International shipping
We do not currently offer standardized international shipping. We hope to expand shipping options in the future. We would like to share with you and grow our friends abroad. If this is you, please let us know what you would like to order and your address details. Simply email hello@roseandkate.com.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged, lost, or delayed shipments
Once your order is handed off to the carrier, they're responsible for delivery. That said, if something arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, reach out to us — we'll help you file the carrier claim and do what we can to make it right.
